Our latest offering—a fully automated 4m (L) x 1.2m (W) x 3.6m (H) natural gas galvanizing furnace system—combines innovative technology, environmental sustainability, and high productivity. Designed to handle up to 110 tons of zinc with a maximum output of 4.5 tons per hour, this system is ideal for structural steel components, guardrails, pipes, and various metal profiles.

The system integrates multiple energy-saving and eco-friendly features, such as waste heat recovery for preheating assist agents, acid bath heating, and drying stations. Our patented waste heat utilization technology reduces natural gas consumption by approximately 2-3 m³ per ton of processed material, while enclosed acid rooms and dual-side zinc fume extraction systems minimize emissions and improve workplace safety.

Automation is at the core of the line, featuring a Siemens PLC-based control system (S7-1500/1200), PROFINET industrial networking, and intuitive HMI interfaces for real-time monitoring and operation. The line supports both automatic and manual modes, with video surveillance, emergency stop functions, and comprehensive fault diagnostics ensuring smooth and safe production.
